The 4^th International Day was officially opened by Brigadier General Assoc. Prof. Dipl. Eng. Boris Ďurkech, Ph.D. (Rector of Armed Forces Academy of General Milan Rastislav Štefánik), Vice – Rector for Education Assoc. Prof. Dipl. Eng. Jozef Puttera, Csc. , Vice – Rector for Science Assoc. Prof. Dipl. Eng. Marcel Harakaľ, Ph.D. and Mr. Michal Chlebec (Director of Lifelong Education Centre) on 25^th of April in ISOC area.

    The ISOC students in ranks of 1st Lieutenant and Major from countries (Azerbaijan, Czech Republic, Estonia, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Russian Federation, Serbia, Ukraine and Slovakia) were presenting their countries with the variety of valuable material. The aim of the International Day was not only to get to know the culture of the respective countries but also to enhance the relationship between students and the employees of the academy. The participants from all different departments of the academy as well as the students of the Language Institute took part in the event.

    Based on comments of all guests the main goal to organize the International day was fully accomplished with the strong recommendation to continue in this activity in the future.
