Based on previous success, the International Day has become an integral part of ISOC courses. The International Day within ISOC 14 was held on 13 May 2015. The event was officially opened by Vice Rector for Education Assoc. Prof. Dipl. Eng. Jozef Puttera and the Director of the Professional Military Education Centre Colonel Tomáš Novotný Csc. Besides them, the event also visited other AFA representatives as for example, Vice Rector for Science Assoc. Prof. Dipl. Eng. Marcel Harakaľ, PhD. as well as the students and the employee of AFA.

    The students were divided into classrooms, by their respective countries. Then the students were giving the presentations to introduce their respective countries, so the visitors could get a better idea about geography, history, or population. The samples of typical meals and beverages were also included.

    The main aim of the event, to build social relations, to learn something about other cultures and to improve the language skills, was very appreciated by the students who want to improve their English language knowledge and also by visitors who want to become more aware of other cultures.
