Planned meetings of NATO representatives, commanders and representatives of Ukrainian military schools from Lviv, Kharkiv, Odessa, Kiev and Zhytomyr, as part of the Annual review of the DEEP (Defense Education Enhancement Programdue ) Ukraine , were held online this year, due to the threat of Covid -19.

    Out of the nine meetings, the two of them were attended by representatives of SVK AFA - director of Professional Military Education Centre – Col. Jozef Wesselényi and Chief of International courses department – LTC Roman Kráľ.

    The meeting with the representatives of Kharkiv Air Force University took place on May 15, 2020 and then they met in the virtual room with the representatives of the Tank Institute in Kharkov on May 19, 2020.

    In the long term, SVK AFA is supporting and assisting the ukrainian side in the field of education. Members of the International Courses Department conducted MDMP mobile short-term courses in Lviv and Kharkov, and ukrainian officers are attending the International Staff Officers Course every year in our Academy.

    At both meetings, mutual satisfaction from the cooperation so far was expressed and willingness to continue in it as in support and guidance on MDMP and also in the faculty development.
