The Conference is one of the measurable indicators of results of the project 2.2/04, which is being co-financed by the European Structural Funds (ESF), European Regional Development Fund and state budget of the Slovak Republic.
    The project is being executed in terms of Science and Development Operational Program (SDOP) as a demand-oriented project called „Development of methods, forms and procedures of didactic processes in the field of Crisis management using simulation Technologies“, with ITMS code specification 26220220096.
    The project has been implemented under Priority axis (Action) 2 – Science and Development Support, Measure 2.2 – Transfer of knowledge and technology from research and development into practice through The Agency of the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic for the Structural Funds of European Union (ASFEU).
 
    The conference is part of the implementation process of the scientific research project „Methodology of the creation of sample crisis scenarios for education of students - crisis managers at the Police Academy, Armed Forces Academy, University of Security Management and Pomorskie Academy in Slupsk" supervised by the Police Academy in Bratislava.
 
    The conference is a follow-up task in terms of “Study of building-up and development feasibility of Simulation Centre AOS and the department of operation of national and international crisis management” (Study No: AOS-4-4-3/2010-PVe 4.2.2.1 - Project approved under the "Plan for science and research of Armed Forces Academy - AFA" at the AFA Scientific Council meeting on October 22, 2010).
